The bell strikes, the sound hits the walls, rushes through deserted galleries, raises flocks birds over the domes. Another blow, the sound rises in a huge wave and splashes out to the morning city. A blow, and now copper is buzzing and vibrating inside me…

We ask for strength – God sends trials to strengthen us.

We ask for wisdom – God sets us tasks that need to be overcome.

We ask for courage – God sends us dangers.

We ask for love – and God brings to us people who need ours help.

We ask for blessings – and God gives us opportunities.
